Because your print is made-to-order, meaning it was created specifically for you, we cannot issue a refund or return for a change of heart.

We only allow cancellations of existing orders within a 24 hour window from when your order was placed. Beyond that, the creation of your framed image has already begun and we cannot issue a refund.

On the rare occasion that your print arrives damaged, please send us photos of everything to info@citycontrast.com, from the exterior of the box to any damage on the frame / acrylic glass. We will work on a solution from there.
